Several Northeast Florida organizations facilitating international trade will offer a one-day “Importing Basics” seminar on Thursday, Sept. 18 from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The class is designed for small businesses new to importing and will cover importing basics, identifying the risks of importing, management of overseas suppliers, port options and other issues involved in importing for the first time – all to determine if your small business might benefit from importing.
This seminar is jointly offered by the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce Small Business Center; Beaver Street Enterprise Center; U.S. Customs & Border Protection and JAXPORT.
